Rachael is an arts leader with more than 25 years’ experience across Australia’s creative sector. She is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Illuminate Adelaide, where she leads the vision and creative direction of one of Australia’s major celebrations of light, art and innovation.

Previously, Rachael was Director of Programming and Artistic Operations at Sydney Theatre Company and Deputy Executive Director of Adelaide Festival. Her extensive experience spans artistic programming, creative leadership, and the development of major cultural events and organisations.

Trish is an experienced C-suite executive with a diverse background spanning multiple industries (including arts, aviation, banking and media), and deep experience in Finance, Technology, Operations and Commercial.

Trish is best aligned with organisations driven by purpose and passion. Trish is currently the Chief Financial Officer for the international mission-driven organisation, ‘Who Gives a Crap’. 

She was previously the Divisional Chief Financial Officer for National Australia Bank (NAB), and interim Chief Financial Officer for The Australian Ballet. She has also worked for The Australian Ballet as the Director of Transformation Projects, and held a board director position for Advantedge Financial Services. 

Margaret is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), with extensive experience in arts governance.

She currently serves as a Board Director of Project Animo, The Eirene Lucas Foundation and The John and Elaine King Foundation.

Margaret has previously held senior governance roles with CAANZ, including National Board Member and Victorian Chairman, and was recognised with a Meritorious Services Award for her outstanding contribution to the organisation.

Kate Burke SC is a senior barrister with extensive experience in commercial and consumer protection law, and in employment and industrial relations.

Kate has appeared before the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission on major matters affecting wages and workplace entitlements, and is a respected voice in employment law more broadly. She currently serves as President of the Industrial Bar Association and Senior Deputy Chair of the Victorian Bar Readers' Course Committee.

Before joining the Bar, Kate was Associate to Justice Hargrave in the Supreme Court of Victoria and worked as a solicitor at Slater & Gordon. She holds a BA/LLB (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and an LLM from New York University, where she specialised in class actions and complex litigation.
